THE GLOBAL WARMING: ESSAY

Why do people live extreme temperatures around world? Why do some people face drought and others face flood? What happened with ice that there was yesterday? Despite some people don’t want to see the reality; something is happening to the earth! And this is called the Global Warming, as its name says this is global, it is something that affect the earth, including the human beings.

Who's guilty? In the atmosphere there are materials which make sure that the warmth of the sun stays in the atmosphere. These materials are the greenhouse-gases. Some examples of these greenhouse-gases are carbon dioxide nitrogen dioxide and ozone. A part of the warmth of the sun-beams stays in the atmosphere and so the earth is covered by a 'warm blanket'. Thanks to this 'warm blanket' people, animals and plants can live on the earth. The cause of global warming is the increase of greenhouse gases and with this the increase of the global temperature. This increase is for the greater part caused by industrialization. More factories, more emissions of gases, more cars, and more emissions of gases without control threatened our lives in the earth. One of the consequences of this temperature increase is the melting of big parts of the polar ice on the north and South Pole. Through the melting of polar ice, there becomes more water in the seas and oceans and the sea level while rise. Through the rising of the sea level big parts of land will be flooded and there becomes less land to live on and to grow food on.

Some people announce the final of human being’s existence, others say that it is a lie, but it is a reality that can’t be eliminated, but we still can relieve its effects. Nowadays we live the Global Warming’s effects, and we can get to relieve it if everybody does something to avoid emissions of greenhouse gases. If everybody turns off electric equipment when it is not necessary and if we recycle papers to avoid cutting more trees, thus the trees can have more chance to absorb those gasses and stop them to not go to atmosphere. These things can be made in house, and we have to care ourselves because it is putting our lives in risk.
